_Teeniors' goal is to empower older adults_-- _to connect with their loved ones, engage with their community, and the world through technology_-- _while providing paid, meaningful jobs for young adults. We do our utmost to meet your needs in learning a desired skill during your session(s). However, if a client "does not know" what the problem is with their device, or a website / app is not functioning properly, (thus requiring our coach to assess an unknown problem); or if any issues arise during your session that are out of our control, it is still your responsibility to pay for this session. Your time and that of our team is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. Teeniors' sessions are booked for a minimum of one hour.
